Where to begin...

...I don't know. Guess I'll start all the way back in March. We were very busy the whole month and we also lost some staff so I stayed very busy. We had a ton of new snow all month long so I was plowing a lot as well. The company averages 22 plows a winter and this year we plowed 44 or 45 times. Long days but good extra money so it was worth it. Made it into April and the snow kept falling. We had our last guests about a week before the resort closed which meant I could get some skiing in before the end of the season. Had fun for sure playing in the new snow. An old friend from Sarasota came out with a couple of other guys the first week of April so it was fun getting to hang out with them and do some skiing. I used to work with Ryan and his wife Lynn and have to send them congratulations as they are expecting their first baby. Big congrats guys!! Then on the 11th my buddies John and Matt came out for a quick visit. We got to hang out and drink some beer and catch up which was great, plus on the 12th we were able to go snowmobiling. The day before they got here we had 16 inches of fresh snow fall so we had a blast playing in it. We did some winding through the trees and high speed logging roads then climbed a ridge to about 11,200 feet. All told we were out for about three and a half hours. It was so much fun and I am so glad we were able to do it. I flew back to Florida with them on the 13th and had my next ortho appointment. The teeth are doing great and on my next visit I will get my permanent retainer. I've been doing a lot of projects and getting caught up around the lodge this month which has been a fun change of pace. We have a small group checking in Friday then out on Sunday which will pretty much wrap up the winter. The rest of the staff will be leaving on the first except for one girl who is staying for the summer, and then we will be hiring some folks by June. I am very excited though as I am only ten days from being on my cruise!!!! My buddy Reno and I fly out on the 3rd and get on the ship the 4th. We are flying to San Juan, then going to Aruba, Curacao, St Maarten and St Thomas with a couple of sea days mixed in. I can not wait to be sipping a cold drink watching the ocean go by. I think that's about it for now. I will definitely get something up when I get back from the cruise, hopefully with some pics so stay tuned. Take care all, Jim
