No longer a home owner!!

Well I am happy to report that closing went off on the tenth as scheduled without any major hitches. I can't say however that getting the house ready for closing was quite as stress free however. I am not it turns out the best person for completely emptying a house and cleaning it for a new owner. Fortunately my sister Jenn was kind enough to come over and help me or I am afraid I may have completely lost it. I can not thank her enough for all of her help. Jenn seriously you have no idea how appreciative I am-Thank you!! One big surprise that happened was on the ninth about 6:15 pm as I was cleaning the garage a limo pulls up with some friends of mine in it and they tell me to get dressed they want to take me out. After some convincing I consented and off we went. Several glasses of wine later(Fuki plum wine is so good) and after a delicious sushi meal I have to say that I had relaxed and was feeling far less stress than when they picked me up so thank you very much Vanessa(the cake was yummy), Matt & Gretchen, Evan, me in the middle, Victoria(she's a princess) and John & Jenn. I will miss you all!
I am leaving tonight for Ga to pick the camper up. Hopefully all goes smoothly and safely for me and the next time I update maybe I will not be homeless. I have to thank my sister again and her husband Rob for letting crash at their place since Wed. Maybe now you can get back to normal guys. My plan is to bring the camper back to Sarasota and spend about a week loading and getting settled in then I will be on the road. Till then thanks again to all my friends and family for all your help. I love you all. Jim
